Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- you must provide proof of purchase
Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- opened or used cosmetic products
- sale items
- gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method
- processing time: up to 10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
